FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about workspaces, usage billing, and catalog connections.
What product fields can SEO System optimize?
SEO System generates SEO titles and meta descriptions for selected products. Where the connected platform supports them, it can also manage focus keywords. Product descriptions and short descriptions are optional content fields and remain untouched unless you enable them for the workspace or individual product.
Which ecommerce platforms does SEO System support?
SEO System currently supports Shopify, WooCommerce, and Shift4Shop. Only services that are available globally appear during signup and store connection, so unavailable integrations are never offered to customers.
Will SEO System overwrite my existing product descriptions?
No. Product descriptions and short descriptions are optional and disabled by default. When they are disabled, the AI does not generate them and publishing leaves the existing store content untouched.
Can I review and edit the generated SEO before publishing?
Yes. Every selected product has a review workflow where you can inspect and edit supported fields, save a draft, and choose when to publish approved changes to the connected store.
Can I restore an earlier version of a product's SEO?
Yes. Meaningful saved changes are versioned. You can review the version history and restore an earlier snapshot as a new version. Restoring does not automatically publish it to the store.
How does usage-based pricing work?
Public plans show the per-product rate and included AI attempt allowance. A paid action proceeds only after you review and confirm the exact charge shown by the platform; SEO System does not rely on a recurring product subscription.
Does SEO System generate content in my store's language?
SEO System uses the product and store context to infer the content language and instructs the AI to respond in that same language. You can always review and edit the result before publishing.
Can I manage multiple stores and invite team members?
Yes. A customer account can manage multiple store workspaces. Team access is controlled through account roles and workspace membership so authorized users can work with the stores assigned to them.
Can SEO System handle large product catalogs?
Yes. You choose which remote catalog products to import, and bulk generation runs through background jobs instead of keeping a browser request open. Plan capacity and purchased usage still apply.
Does connecting a store publish changes automatically?
No. Connecting and syncing a store imports product context for the workspace. Generated drafts stay in SEO System until an authorized user explicitly chooses to publish them.
